dsh-sensitive-replace：按屏蔽表在出網前替換敏感字符，規避 DeepSeek 官方 API 400

dsh-sensitive-replace（Short-Arm-Ape，v0.7.0）是 DSH 模型推理類插件：按用戶維護的 sensitive-blocklist.yaml，在 agent/pre-step、tools/post-execute 與 llm/stream 三處替換敏感字符，規避 DeepSeek 官方 Content Exists Risk 400；支持屏蔽表熱重載、出網前整請求清洗、400 加硬清洗與同會話重試。安裝：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-sensitive-replace。替換單向不可逆，部署前需審源碼與權限。
